Welcome to DEAR 2011 Registration! Each person must submit one registration form. If others are coming with you, fill out a separate form for each of them. After you submit each registration form here, you will receive confirmation via email including the total cost. Each form must have a valid (correct) email address to process the registration. If a person does not have email or access to Internet, please download the DEAR 2011 Registration Form (PDF) and please follow these simple instructions to register for DEAR 2011 then print the form. Fill out one form per person and then mail it to:

If you are not able to attend, but you would like to sponsor a needy camper. You can fill out the DEAR 2011 Registration Form (PDF) as if you were going, but put "sponsor" in the name. Thank you for your generosity!
